Hi, I’m Miles, the founder of Zen Candle Co. I’m 21 years old and for as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the way scents can change how we feel and experience a space. With a background in psychology and my work in mental health care, I’ve seen how the right fragrance can help create moments of calm, focus, or even joy in our everyday lives. I started Zen Candle Co because I believe scent has the power to bring those moments to life, giving us the opportunity to pause, breathe, and feel truly present.

We’re a family-run business, and I’m incredibly lucky to have my mum and my boyfriend, Reece, by my side in everything we do. Our products begin their journey in our studio in Hertfordshire, where I carefully handcraft each one… Every morning, I step into the studio with my favourite music, pouring my heart into each fragrance and hoping our candles bring a little peace and joy into your life, just as they do for me.

Our Ethos

At Zen candle co, we believe in creating luxury that’s kind to both you and the planet. We use 100% rapeseed and coconut wax—the cleanest and most sustainable wax on the market—for a long, clean burn. Our unique fragrances are made from pure essential oils, for their wellbeing benefits, alongside non toxic fragrance oils sourced from sustainable, artisan parfum houses in France. This allows us to create rich, high-quality scents without relying on mass farming to produce small amounts of essential oil, which often damages the environment. It’s our way of blending luxury with sustainability, ensuring that our products don’t just elevate your space, but also support your well-being. All of our products and packaging are plastic-free and made using 100% sustainably sourced materials. Proudly Vegan, Cruelty-free and parabin-free.
